Brown hamburger and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
Cook lasagne noodles in a large pot with 1 tsp salt. Drain.
Fry onion salt in butter till golden brown. Blend in flour and seasonings. Stir until bubly. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened.
Cottage Cheese Mixture:
Combine salt and pepper, parsley, and beaten egg with cottage cheese and set aside.
Lightly grease a glass 9" x 13" pan and layer as follows: 3 lasagne noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, 1/3 cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 white sauce. Repeat 2 more times. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
