Caramel Icing

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 2/3 cups sifted icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

 

Directions:

In a saucepan combine butter, milk, and brown sugar. Boil for 1 minute. Beat in icing sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
